BALLET is considered the foundation of dance.  Its attention to technical detail makes it invaluable for any focused dancer. Combining proper alignment and body placement through standard arm, leg and feet positions, trains dancers to be clean, versatile performers.

HIP HOP is a blend of today’s high- energy “street style” movement. It is a percussive, rhythmic style of dance that incorporates “house or club” dancing.

JAZZ develops strength and mobility of movement.  This dance style has continued to evolve with various ethnic and cultural influences since its origin in the late 1950’s. Broadway and Hollywood made this type of dance big on stage and screen.

TAP emphasizes the articulation of sounds of the feet. It moves through the body to create a strong sense of coordination, rhythm and timing.

LYRICAL is combination of ballet and jazz technique with an emotional interpretation of the music.

TAP/BALLET and TAP/JAZZ COMBO classes introduce children to ballet, tap and jazz. The two subjects are taught together to keep the student’s interest.

CONTEMPORARY consists of modern dance elements with classical ballet elements.  This style is intended for the more advanced dancer as the choreography is challenging.

ACRO combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.

TINY DANCERS a combo class to introduce children ages 2 to 5 to ballet and tap. The two subjects are taught to keep the student’s interest diverse.
